Established in 2018 to replace the Dodo (archived), Kamena Magazine is the official journal of the Warwick Writing Society. Primarily a writing magazine, we collate the best recent work from the University of Warwick in fiction, non-fiction and poetry. We also offer reviews of recent publications from graduates and staff members from the university’s world famous writing program, as well as interviews with authors and advice columns on writing.

The magazine is open to submissions year round, with a tri-termly print publication and rolling online publication. The current editorial team is made up of Sophie Butcher, Jess Campion, and Yvette Chan.
